The Komaba UN seminar Series was launched at the UTokyo Komaba International Building for Education and Research (KIBER) with Prof. Atsuro Tsutsumi, Coordinator, United Nations University International Institute for Global Health (Kuala Lumper, Malaysia) as the 1^st guest speaker. Prof. Tsutsumi, a global leader in this area, talked about “Updates on Mental Health Policies and Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the UN.” (9 December 2015)
