UTokyo (Division of International Cooperation, KOMEX) and the National Center for Neurology and Psychiatry, Japan, in close collaboration with the WHO, UN and UNU, co-organized the Expert Group Meeting on Mental Well-being, Disability and Humanitarian Action at the WHO Regional Office for Western Pacific (WPRO), in Manila, Philippines, from 14 to 15 January 2016. Experts from UN system, civil society organizations, academia and others gathered and developed recommendations for the UN Humanitarian Summit planned in May, 2016.（14-15 January 2016）
