The Division of International Cooperation joined and contributed to the United Nations Expert Group Meeting on Monitoring and Evaluation for Disability-inclusive Development, Held from 28 to 29 November, at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Disability is mentioned in seven Targets in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and monitoring their implementation through SDGs frameworks as well as other schemes such as census are critical to realize the sustainable future. The Expert Group Meeting discussed how the international community should monitor disability-inclusive development.
