Computer and VR

(1)The Real and Virtual: Computer Development and Creation of the VR World

(2)Human and Machines: What is Human in the Age of Digitalization? Computer technologies have achieved remarkable advancement. Technologies for simulation experience, as represented by VR technologies, have created second and third realities and we currently live in the world of parallel realities. The VR worlds, although familiar to anyone through video games etc., are in fact much more serious worlds. In this lecture, we will overview the history of VR technologies up until the present, and then explore what types of VR worlds can be created and how they will impact upon us.
